Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions on our site accurately reflect what you’ll receive. However, due to variations in lighting, packaging updates, or seasonal changes in ingredients (for hemp-derived products), minor differences may occur. Rest assured, the quality and formulation remain consistent.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you immediately after you complete your purchase. You can also access it through your account dashboard under the "Order History" section. If you didn’t receive your receipt, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

How can I return an item?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please visit our [Returns Center] or contact our support team with your order number. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Please note that due to the nature of cannabinoid products, some items may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. If an item is listed as "out of stock," you can sign up to be notified by email when it's available again. For limited-edition or seasonal products, restocking is not guaranteed, so we recommend grabbing them when they’re available.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legally permitted. At checkout, you'll be able to enter your shipping address and see if delivery is available in your area. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.
